Annet Mahendru

Mahendru's parents are Russian and a Hindu Indian. She was born in Afghanistan. She speaks fluently with German Russian and English and is also fluent in French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru is the daughter of an Indian father as well as an Indian father and a Russian mom. At age 11 she choreographed an act which earned her a spot on German television as a beautiful Russian snow maiden that turns into an energetic Indian dancer. After high school, she graduated with a bachelor's diploma in English from New York. Then in NYC, she studied acting in the HB Studio. Then she enrolled at the Groundlings School and took up several projects. She was created at the age of 13 in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) as well as Russian Olga (mother). The couple divorced at the age of 13 older and they moved from the city of her birth to East Meadow New York with her father.She is a part of Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell in FX's The Americans. The Americans' Nina Sergeevna Krilova was the most well-known character. She is known for her frequent appearances on The Following on Fox, The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
